The existing staff of more than 220 people, including 53 senior technicians, 76 intermediate technical titles,including more than 20 mold designers. High-precision checking equipment includes German Zeiss and Hexagon 3D CMM, Keyence ultra depth of field microscope, Japan Nikon 2.5D, 2D, altimeter, Nikon height gauge, projector, hardness tester, verticality meter,roughness meter, instrument microscope, comparator and so on.

Since the establishment of the company, we have been adhering to the R&D of various mold steel materials to improve the useful life of key parts of the mold. The life time of the high speed steel dies produced by our company has been ranked first in China.

In 2020, our company set up the ultra-high precision department production workshop, the company mobilized R&D, engineering, production, quality, assembly, after-sales personnel from three departments to quickly set up a team to develop the lithium battery pole mold. And increase the R&D of composition tungsten steel cobalt, the pole mold useful life has exceeded 12 million times and won the trust and praise of customers.
