High‑precision inspection equipment includes German Zeiss and Hexagon 3D CMM, Keyence ultra depth‑of‑field microscope, Japan Nikon 2.5D 2D measuring instruments, altimeter, Nikon height gauge, projector, hardness tester, squareness meter, roughness meter, toolmaker’s microscope, comparator and so on.

Since its establishment, our company has been committed to the research and development of various mold steel materials to extend the service life of key mold components.

The service life of our high‑speed steel dies ranks first in China.

In 2020, our company set up the Ultra‑High Precision Production Workshop. We pooled R&D, engineering, production, quality control, assembly and after‑sales staff from three departments to rapidly build a dedicated team for lithium‑ion battery pole piece die development.

We also stepped up R&D efforts on cobalt‑bearing tungsten steel composites. As a result, our pole piece dies achieve a service life of over 12 million strokes, winning extensive trust and recognition from global customers.
